Special Interest Tours

Think you know Cambridge? Think again!

Cambridge is a city of secrets, discoveries, culture and curiosities. To celebrate Cambridge’s diverse history this summer we are uncovering a different side of the city each month with our special interest tours.

Discover the living conditions that prompted early medical research, hear stories of the Cambridge Spies recruited by the KGB, learn about Cambridge’s rich theatrical history, how about a trip to the more curious side of Cambridge or hear about Charles Darwin and how his time in Cambridge shaped his career and our understanding of evolution and finally one of the world’s biggest rock bands formed in Cambridge, hear about their early career and their first performances.

All tours are delivered by an Official Green or Blue Badge tour guide - the only guides who are permitted to deliver tours inside the University of Cambridge colleges.
