Enjoy the most exciting hour in Cambridge!

Fancy yourself as a tomb raider? A rocket scientist? A Cold War spy? You need your wits, some trusted buddies and a jolly portion of courage to escape these rooms. Your team has just one hour to find the clues, solve the puzzles and make your escape!

Will you make it out in time?

What are Escape Games?

Escape Games are live-action adventures for teams of 2 to 6. You begin trapped in a room and have to conquer fiendish challenges in order to escape... This involves puzzles, dexterity challenges, finding items and solving mysteries. New areas of the game are unlocked as you progress. Your 1-hour deadline boots you in the adrenal bits as you desperately try to beat the clock!

An unusually girthy gallimaufry of people enjoy escape games - Families, corporate groups, tourists, children, students and drunken pensioners are all regular visitors to LockHouse. We’ve had three and even four-generational teams having a magnificent time in our rooms. Although sometimes we pop in a nice comfy chair to let Granny sit back and command the action.

Our Games:

Egyptian Tomb

Escape the forbidden tomb and escape Anubis’s curse

You’ll need creativity, lateral thinking and tenacity to escape this underground lair. Expect secret doors, big solid physical puzzles, Egyptian art and a life-size sarcophagus.

This is our most atmospheric game with partial darkness, torch light and Anubis to cheer you or jeer you through the tunnels.

The Armageddon Game

There’s just one hour left to save the world!

Mother Meteor is heading straight for us.

Your team must break into the secret missile laboratory to fix and fire a missile before it’s too late.

Espect dark secrets, cool gadgets and a highly classified missile launch system. Please save us!

Secret Agent

Can you foil Maximilian Evilo’s dastardly plot for world domination?!

Let’s hope so, because it’s the only way you’ll escape this Cold War safehouse unscathed. This is a tough game. Expect secret hidden doors, severed thumbs and an agent in distress. Are you up to the task?
